Hawaii Riviera Club Aqua Park ★★★★

Swimming pool very good. In all cases normal good.

No lights in the room just soft lights beside the bed. Last day no drink water for the room. The beach is stone. Food is normal, And sooo bad.

The path room need to be more clean. The staff of the restaurant were not friendly execpt one only.

Good location to stay

Rooms were clean, aqua park is good but crowded, pools were clean but crowded. .Other restaurant considered for foreigners was excellent clean and calm. Kids areas were good as well as kids pools. .

andVarious pools were available but all were crowded. Egyptian restaurant was ugly, untidy, unclean and very crowded Stayed in hawaii Club which was too far from services. I.e restaurant, aqua park. We had to cross road between hotel and services.

The reception, restaurants, everything is across the street in another hotel under the same name you must inform customers about that as if you have physical problem that will be very difficult especially there is no Golf car. Food too much but low quality, and Wi-Fi is only in the reception not in the rooms this should be clear before booking

The hotel garden is very good and flourish The staff are helpful and have a professional attitude

The buffet has variety of dishes but the execution of some dishes not good and the they not cutting in order to make it easy to pick or eat especially oriental Pastery ( Kunafa ) and fruits like apples.

Bad service. Poor food and restaurants cleanliness. Poor water flooding in bathroom. Very crowded with local trips.

No facilities you must pass street to other hotel to go to restaurants, aqua, beach and any thing. Waiting long time to make any activity (like aqua 20 to 30 minutes each time)

Hawaii aqua club was across the road , so we have to cross the road with my kids every time we want to go aqua park , restaurant, or beach or pools ,so we paid supplement of 900 pounds in 3 nights in our triple room to upgrade ourselves to 5 stars hawaii riverra hotel where all the action are , facility was ok clean.

The food and the restaurant was really not good, but tasty, we regret staying there because of the lunch dinner, drinks in Al experience we had was very bad and we will never repeat it again , they should think about changing their AL concept and their entire food ac and beverage system

From the day that my husband and I arrived there it was a nightmare. They told us we can upgrade our 2 nights for a bungalow and a king size bed so we did. When we got to the room the bed was not king size they were twins they sent someone to put the beds together?!!??! It was dirty, the sheets nor pillow covers hadn't been changed because it smelled disgusting, and there was blood and stains on the pillows. When we went to the restaurant the first night the manager there told my husband we can go to the restaurant downstairs because I was American and so we did the next time and one guy came up to us to tell us we had to go upstairs because my husband was Egyptian? The food was edible not super tasty. To top that off on booking it said ALL INCLUSIVE I did NOT book as Egyptian resident and they gave me a bracelet as if I were Egyptian so I wasn't able to drink anything. The reception staff was very unpleasant to deal with they are just rude! And they do not answer the phones. We called them to send someone to clean the room and I had to call a handful of times in order for someone to finally come! Terrible service!!!!!

It was good location on the sea

Very very crowded , could’t use most of the facilities due to number of guests using it , the property accept much more guests than it can handle that made my stay very uncomfortable , it’s almost inhuman using the restraints and also dirty and smelly restrooms , really worst trip ever for me .

Everything. So so pretty, so many pools and the aqua park was great. Easy to plan excursions through the property.

Check out process. Was told to come back to check out at 12 and we will be given a card to have lunch before we leave. Went back to check out at 12 and the next guy said no and we didn’t receive anything for lunch.

we booked in beach side hotel,but they said the hotel is in opposite side(crossing the road),then finally they gave in the same beach side hotel.First day the room was not good,but they changed next day.

- Unfriendly Staff - The room cleaning process is not OK - The maintenance team is not OK - Most Facilities are in another Hotel and we have to move from our Hotel to go to restaurant or Aqua
